Bands and groups. Thats todays topic for this post. Literally anybody that knows my music taste are aware that i only really listen to bands. Which kind of live’s up to my blogs url immensly. I chose to explain my top five bands only because if I continued to talk about more than this number, we could be here for sevral weeks. Plus this was the most hardest decision I have had to make, narrowing my favourite groups down which I had to reshuffle on many occasions. However here are my top five bands and groups.
Top 5 Favourite Bands and Groups:
- One Direction
- Panic! At The Disco
- Fall Out Boy
- All Time Low
- Black Veil Brides
One Direction – I don’t ever think any other group will have the chance to replace these guys as my ultimate favourite group. I have been a massive fan of One Direction for around four years now slightly after their time on x factor and I regret nothing. Louis, Harry, Niall and Liam all have qualities that make them have individual personalities but at the same time have that natural connection that makes them a great and successful boy band. They are constantly so appreciative of everything specifically their fans ongoing support during their career which is the thing I like most about these guys. Also these guys know how to put on a huge scale concert where I have seen them twice for the Where We Are Tour and this year at the On The Road Again Tour and each time i have been left astounded in how impressive their live shows are.
Panic! At The Disco – I will never blame myself for getting into this band. I have so much admiration and respect for frontman and last remaining member of Panic! Brendon Urie. He has so much faith in Panic! and the fact that he has still continued when he could of easily left especially during the time when they split in half shows how much courage and determination he has. The element that grabbed my attention towards this band was their music and sound. Even though as their albums have progressed which shows they experimented with a mixture of genres especially with forth album Too Weird To Live Too Rare To Die, Brendon has always stayed true to the groups well known, original sound.
Fall Out Boy – Somehow I was late to the Fall Out Boy party and only fully discovered this band two years back. Since that moment, I have luckily seen them in concert and it was one of the best live events I have attended. I feel with Fall Out Boy that they are so diverse and their music can appeal to almost anybody. Patrick, Joe, Andy and Pete are such genuine, kind and funny people and are all extremely talented in their profession. If you haven’t listened to a Fall Out Boy song you are hugely missing out. Some Fall Out Boy songs i would reccomed to any individual would be Disloyal Order Of Water Buffaloes, Forth Of July and Where Did The Patry Go.
All Time Low – All Time Low are one of those bands that ticks all the boxes of what makes a likeable band. Their personalities are always shown on stage with Jack beign the slightly inaproprite but hilarious one, Alex being the joyful, mature and happy individual, Zack the shy, quiet person and lastly Rian the expressive, energetic member. Their talent as an ensemble is exeptional and even in interviews they are always themselves which is a good quality to have as a prominent band.
Black Veil Brides – Just before I watched the apma’s this year was the time I identified that Black Veil Brides existed. I love Andy, Jake, CC, Ashley and Jinxx atitudes in anything they embark on. They each all have very meaningful and positive approaches that have been shown throughout interviews and award shows. However their music is on a completly different level. Everything from their lyrics to the instrumental have such a powerful sound.
There are my top five groups. I also like plenty more bands such as Twenty One Pilots, New Years Day, New Politics, Bring Me The Horizon, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Blink 182 and Little Mix.
